He is a dynamic enthusiast and also a sportsman who began his training career at a very young age. He started his path to becoming a corporate trainer at Krishna Group, where his services led him to become a principal trainer for facilitating many customized corporate training sessions.

His strategy involves partnering closely with an organization to understand its unique needs for training with the goal to provide effective training solutions. He has a straightforward, very personalized style. He  possesses extensive experience in consulting and training across various industries at all levels in India like Manufacturing Industries, Automobiles, FMCG, Retail, Information Technology, Engineering, and Institutes of Education.

He has conducted over 400 training programs across PAN India, and his achievement includes addressing an open motivational talk to more than 20000+ people.

He is a renowned cricketer of state and also a mentor for meditation. A trekker who inspires young people to accept challenges in life by successfully conducting treks in different parts of the Western Ghats.
